Registration

Welcome to the 6th ESEIA International Conference that will be organized on 4 December 2024 in Kuopio, Finland.

Name of the conference, “Net zero and beyond”, describes our urgent need to establish sustainable energy system and same time look far to the future. You can view the conference programme here.

Conferences is organized by Savonia University of Applied Sciences in collaboration with European Sustainable Energy Innovation Alliance and Energy Cluster North Savo.

Date

Get together is on 3rd December 2024.
Seminar and Dinner are on 4th December 2024.

Venue

The Seminar will take place at Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Microkatu 1, Kuopio, Finland.

(There will be "Get together" as pre event at Kuopion Klubi and after the Seminar there will be Dinner at Luoto Kuopio.)

Instructions for registration and choosing a ticket:

There are two ticket types:

1. Seminar, includes Seminar Day on 4.12.2024 incl. lunch and coffees at Savonia UAS + Dinner on 4.12.2024  Luoto Kuopio at 20:00 – 22:00,  50,00 € (incl. VAT). 
2. Seminar, includes Seminar Day on 4.12.2024 incl. lunch and coffees at Savonia UAS, 0 €.

E.g. If you are participating just in the Seminar Day at 4.12.2024 08:30 - 16:30, choose ticket 2. If you are participating in the Seminar Day and to the Dinner, choose ticket 1. A moderate cost-covering fee is charged for the Dinner. (It is recommended to pay the dinner upon registration selecting the payment method Ceepos. Otherwise it will be invoiced after the registration.)

After selecting the ticket, it is possible to choose a pre program and sign up for the Get together  Kuopion Klubi 3.12.2024 at 19:00 – 21:00. (free of charge).

Please note that the no-show fee for Dinner is 50,00 €. All cancellations no later than 20.11.2024. 

The Seminar Day is free of charge as the seminar is partly paid for by the project "Energy Cluster North Savo", which is partly funded by the European Union.
